Our roller tires consists of a steel-cast metal interior and a built-up hardface welding exterior, while others' are made of wholly solid high-chrome casting. As a result, the interior of cast-steel should ensure the core of roller tire sufficient ductility and toughness, and the exterior of built-up hardface welding alloy warrants surface wear and impact-resistance to withstand harsh grinding environments. Eventually, our roller tires improve the service lifetime.
Our products are :
- Durable
We guarantee service life of our own products. Our own unique hardface-welding technique extends the service life of our products one and a half times longer than that of conventional High-Cr cast/forged products.
- Stable
We provide our clients with consistent and stable rollers. We do so by using specially manufactured noble welding alloys and easily machinable ductile and tough core materials that give off maximum contact between the tire and the hub. Careful selection of materials, strict quality control, and innovative techniques result in stable rollers.
- Repairable
Upon using new roller tires for a certain lifetime, so far most coal-fired plants and cement companies have usually disposed of worn-out roller tire and table liners, but the great advantage of our built-up hardface welding ones can easily repaired for reuse by gouging out and re cladding defects. Repairs can be made at least once or twice for cement mill rollers to give off full performance long after their guaranteed service lifetime.
- Reliable
We supply our products to more than 95% of cement mills in Korea, where more than 70 million tons of cement are produced every year. We believe this small fact vindicates the reliability of our products.
- Cost-Effective
We give our clients maximum value for minimum cost. Extended service lifetime, high-performance, reduced overhaul downtime, and handy repairs result in increased productivity at our clients' plants.
